HOW DO I PAY?

Payment may be made via debit or credit card.

Once you have selected a product that you wish to order, payment can be made via PayFast. By submitting your order from the checkout screen, you will have made a valid and binding offer to purchase a terraPOD product.

I CAN’T SEEM TO ORDER OFF THE WEBSITE, WHAT DO I DO?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us your order on terrapod@palm.co.za detailing the shoe style, size and your contact details.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE WENT THROUGH?

If there is a slight chance that your order was not successful, please make sure you went through the following processes to be sure:
Have you received a confirmation email?
Once you placed your order were you taken to the completion of your purchase page?
If you did not experience the above points, please give the process another try.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

We are happy to help you if your order has not already been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team at terrapod@palm.co.za as soon as possible.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW DO I KNOW I’VE ORDERED THE RIGHT SIZE?

Our shoes have a more generous fit. Our size guide easily illustrates how to measure your foot and find the correct fitting shoe or gumboot.

MY PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY, WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE?

While this is unlikely as all shoes pass quality tests before they leave the factory, our team will ensure any issues are sorted out as quickly as possible.
As soon as you discover a fault, please email terrapod@palm.co.za with the following details:
The order number / invoice number
A description of the fault
Photographs of the faulty shoes

MY ORDER IS INCORRECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please email us on terrapod@palm.co.za with your order number / invoice number, incorrect product received and/or product missing. We will treat this immediately.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our website runs 24/7. This means you can purchase any product at any time of the day.
Our offices are open from MONDAY-FRIDAY: 7:30 – 4:00
